These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BloodLog mobile application (the "Service") operated by Louis Henrich ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), located in Zurich, Switzerland.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
Application — refers to the BloodLog mobile application.
Company — refers to Louis Henrich, Zurich, Switzerland.
Device — means any device capable of running the Application, including smartphones and tablets.
Service — refers to the BloodLog Application.
Subscription — refers to a paid plan that provides access to additional features within the Application.
You — means the individual using the Application.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Description of the Service
BloodLog is a personal logging tool that allows users to record and manage blood-related measurements and personal health notes.
All data entered into the Application is stored locally on the user's device. The Company does not collect, store, or process this data on external servers.
Because data is stored locally, the Company is not responsible for data loss caused by device malfunction, device replacement, operating system changes, or deletion of the Application.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and any backups.
Medical Disclaimer
BloodLog is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

The information recorded or displayed within the Application should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You agree that you use the Application at your own risk and that the Company is not responsible for any health decisions made based on information recorded in the Application.
No Medical Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that the Application is intended solely as a personal logging and tracking tool.
BloodLog does not monitor your health, interpret medical data, or provide medical recommendations.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information recorded in the Application. The Company does not verify the accuracy of any data entered into the Application and does not provide alerts, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
You agree that any health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for any injury, health condition, medical outcome, or other damages that may result from the use of the Application or reliance on information recorded within it.
Subscriptions and Billing
The Application may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
The Company does not have access to or store your payment information.
Refund Policy
All payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple directly according to their refund policies.
The Company does not process refunds.
Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, design, and functionality are the exclusive property of Louis Henrich.
The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy the Application
- modify the Application
- distribute the Application
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
except as permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- interfere with the operation of the Application
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application
- exploit or misuse the Service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to the Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
When we do, the updated Terms will be posted and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
